Shopping & Checkout 

Please use the buttons to the left to navigate the various departments within this web shop. Add your chosen products to your shopping cart and whilst you are going through the checkout procedure, please remember to include a telephone number in case it is needed by the courier company delivering your package. Although every attempt will be made to dispatch the exact goods you order there may, from time to time, be a need to substitute a product with a similar one.

Postage & Packing 

Postage and packaging costs will be automatically added to your shopping basket at checkout. A very small percentage of the postage costs are used to pack your order as safely as possible. Returns and Refunds ~ Unfortunately returns are not accepted due to the nature of the items. If any of your goodies are damaged/broken please report it within 7 days from receipt of your order. Any refunds will be issued once the claim has been awarded by Royal Mail..this can take upto 28 days. For a current list of postal costs please see table at the end of this page.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please be aware that your personal information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. Selected couriers will be given details needed for deliveries but nothing more. Payment is entirely secure, and again, your details will never be disclosed to any third party. Please also note for safety and security reasons we never save or store financial details including credit/debit card details.

Paying For Your Order 

During the checkout process you may choose to send a cheque payment or make an instant payment using your credit or debit card via the secure payment processor PayPal. Please be aware that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us.
